Dr. Lavitan graduated Rutgers University and Columbia Institute of Chiropractic and has been in practice on Cedar Lane in Teaneck since 1976 until 2021 when he moved to Florida. He graduated the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in 2001 and is nutritionally trained, and herbally certified by the Australian College of Phytotherapy.
Sharla Schwartz, PT LAc
Sharla Schwartz has been in private practice in Teaneck, NJ, from 1990 until moving to Florida in 2021. She has a BS from Columbia, licenses in Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, and Dental Hygiene. She has certification from the Austallian School of Phytotherapy (herbs) as well as extensive training in nutrition as well as Graston, Kinesio Taping and Stecco fascial (connective tissue) techniques.
