Some of the more common issues that people have when they seek our help include back, shoulder, and knee problems, muscle sprains, and people with pain.

Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that uses manual therapy to treat a patient with many disorders related to the neuromusculoskeletal system. This means that we deal with the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders on your general health. Chiropractic techniques primarily include manipulation of the spine, other joints, and soft tissues to treat your issues. Our chiropractic services include training in SOT, Craniopathy, Applied Kinesiology, Leander and McManis Tables with drop pieces, ART (Active Release Technique), trigger point work, and pain neutralization technique as developed by Dr. Stephen Kaufman.

Acupuncture is the use of needles to balance the body’s energy. In addition to the standard needle insertion methods you may be familiar with, there are many different acupuncture techniques that can be used depending on your problem. Acupuncture techniques that we offer can include needling at different depths, electro acupuncture (a form of acupuncture where a small electric current is passed between pairs of acupuncture needle), moxabustion (the burning of herbal material over the acupuncture point), cupping, (this involves suction over the acupuncture points), Tuina (Chinese massage), Guasha (the scraping along acupuncture meridian), as well as many other different forms of Oriental Medicine.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy’s central tenet has been described as stretching tight muscles and strengthening weak muscles. In addition there are modalities including ultrasound pulsed and continuous, use of heat and cold, traction both lumbar and cervical, electricity including pre-modular, interferential, micro-current, high volt, and Russian current, a dry whirlpool called Fluidotherapy, un-weighted walking on a compensating tread mill called The Walking Carpet, both free weight training and the use of an isokinetic device, “The Motivator.”

Nutrition breaks down to 3 areas. The first is malnutrition and what patients need to achieve their full potential. Besides favoring nutritional dense foods that are local grown and farm fresh, we often supplements with Standard Process (the oldest American vitamin company) nutrients. Second is foul nutrition, and it consists what should be avoided because it is either poisonous, or creates an immune burden. These are foods patients are allergic to. Third and last, we use herbal supplements mainly from MediHerb (an Australian company that has become the biggest herbal company in the world) that are meticulously selected and prepared to the highest

We hope our eclectic approach will make the difference so you can live at your potential best.
